Pineapple curry

Ingrendients:

1 tablespoon red curry paste 
coconut milk
red lentils
pineapplee 
onion
coconut oil

curry leaves
dried chilli pepper
fresh ginger, chopped
salt
pepper

To serve: 
fresh corriander leaves
some sprouts (eg. broccoli or alfalfa)
cardamon rice (just cooked with cardamon pods and some turmeric)

Heat the coconut oil in a wok. Then fry curry paste for a while and add spices and onion. Fry for the next fer minutes, then add the pineapple. Mix. After few minutes stir the coconut milk and throw red lentils. Cook until the lentils will be ready to eat :) 
Serve.
