Cheese tart with caramelized garlic cloves


Nutritious.
Cheesy.
It's good for you.

Crust:
100 g millet flour
100 g chickpea flour
100 g buckwheat flour
80 g butter (cut into cubes)
1 egg
salt, pepper
150 ml ice cold water (or more)

Mix the flour. Add butter and egg. Blend for three minutes. Add salt and pepper. Then pour into the water. Blend again for a while. Put the dough to a pie form and keep in a fridge during preparing the filling. Then bake it for 15 min in 200 Celcius degrees.

Filling:
Goat cheese
Sheep cheese
Gorgonzola 
2 eggs
Some milk or sour cream
Thyme, smoked paprika, salt, pepper

Mix all the ingredients. You can add some fresh parsley if you like.

Caramelized garlic:

3 heads of garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter, clarified

Cook the garlic in water for 10 minutes. Add butter and fry for a while to rękach the golden colour. Then add balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Reduce the liquid to a sauce consistency.

If you baked the crust, put into the filling and garlic with sauce. 

Bake in 150 Celcius degrees for about 30 min.
